The place is relaxing and impeccably clean. It has a magnificent location and friendly efficient staff. - the staff, especially at the reception and even the Manager, are excellent.

It's right place for visiting some must see attractions in London.

My favourite property in London. Perfect and clean place, amazingly nice stuff who appeared to be the general manager. Sensational breakfast, a huge variety of meals. Recently renovated rooms with comfortable beds, particularly good and absolutely perfect location.

Make sure to get a double room on the 1st floor with a bathtub.

Reasonably priced London hotel with car parking.

Room had three single beds instead of double as booked. Breakfast expensive.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The triple room was a good size and comfortable.

Although the room was clean the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, like it needed a good airing.

Thoroughly enjoyed my very very good stay for a business trip. Double room was high-class and nicely decorated with hypoallergenic pillows. 3. the breakfast was very good with a variety of options for everyone. 4. This location was convenient, really close to London with parking and the nearest Tube.

Staff were very courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. Not many choices on the dinner menu in the restaurant but what was available was good. Continental breakfast which was included in the room rate was adequate with enough to choose from. In my view not worth paying £15 for full English which didn't have a lot of choice.

Bit of a hike from Golders Green tube station. They say 15 minutes but it was a good 20 minutes at a brisk pace.

The room and bathroom facilities

I was diasppointed that we could not get a sandwich at 2300 hrs having returned from a concert. The breakfast, the beans were cold. There were no milk jugs on the tables. We had to request the sauces and salt eventually we got it ourselves form another table. My cup was placed on a sideplate as oppsed to a saucer.

Conveniently located close to various restaurants and a circus, making it a great spot for dining out and entertainment.

It was modern and easy to get to. Parking was easy

When we asked for the reception staff to call a taxi they did so but the car that arrived showed no sign of being a taxi. It was just a (nice) private vehicle. There were no licence plates or metering facility. We were charged £1.50 more than the return fare in a black cab. We went from and to Golders Green centre.

The free parking was really very convenient. I was very happy to have a room at the rear of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
